The heart of a worshipper...

Share
beats for God, is totally enamoured with God, is at home in His presence, is secure in the love of God. The heart of a worshipper can afford to be naked before God, knowing that even when it is not perfect, it is held by the perfect love of God.

I had an interesting worship experience in church this morning. God said "Believer, learn to be a worshipper, learn to press into my presence, learn to leave all your troubles on the outside and come to a place in Me, a place where you know that I am the One, that One who makes your crooked places straight, the One who is doing a new thing in your life, the One who is your testimony, the One who is your strength, the One who has anointed you to excel, to rise above circumstances. You can't come into this place and leave the same, you come out refreshed, you come out rejoicing, you come out with your faith increased knowing that no matter what the enemy throws your way, it's never over for you before God says so".

So go into this week making a conscious decision, conscious because it's not going to be easy, to worship God. I don't mean playing slow songs in your car or on your Ipod but even pressing beyond that to live acknowledging that Igwe is number one and He is worth everything, you may cry, you may roll on the floor, you may jump up and down or you may just sit in total silence as you ponder on the wonder that is God.

He is
the pillar that holds me secure in a world of changing circumstances
the One who can never lie
the same yesterday, today and forever
the Love of my life, the love of my life, the love of my life
my righteousness, my Healer, my King
my God
my mighty rock
my light, the lifter up of my head
my covenant keeping God

Be magnified Baba
Be glorified
Be honoured
Be praised
This is a token of praise, this is nothing for my heart is full but my words have failed me. Look into my heart O Lord.

I pray that this week you realise the One who you are in love with. There is no one like Him, talk to Him, tell Him what is on your mind, listen and He will speak to you. If He seems quiet, trust the silence that even in silence God is working. A seed does not talk when it is dying in the ground before it germinates, it just shows up, so don't worry if it seems nothing is happening. God is working behind the scenes of your life and you will show up at the right time, in God's time, not man's time.

Remain blessed. 2008 remains our year of UNCOMMON TESTIMONIES. We have been EMPOWERED TO PROSPER.

He delights in our true worship and praise...though sometimes it is difficult..when we really reflect on who He is and all He's done, He truly deserves our worship...

for me, worship starts now...thanks alot...

I like, I like, Ilike.
Reminds me of an old song that goes like this...

You are the pillar that holds my life...
You are the pillar that holds my life...
Master Jesus, you are the pillar that holds my life.

We are made to worship the most High God, he resides within our praises.

God's love is like no other. God is great and even when nothing seems right He's still there.
