Excuse me! Your faith is showing..

Share
In the same way, let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven Matthew 5:16 (NIV)

This post's title is an adaptation of a slightly embarrassing story that occurred when quite a number of years ago. I remember looking wistfully at my mum and older sister when they were dressing up because in my eyes they had reached the 'advanced' stages of wearing more interesting undergarments than my plain white vest. Lol! Anyway I decided that I too was going to join the club by hook or crook and went to wear one of my mum's slips (dunno what you call them, the one that looks like a skirt) under my cloths. I felt good, was in my own cloud nine, until someone tapped me and said, "Excuse me, your slip is showing", that brought me back to earth quickly! Obviously my mum had a bigger waist so my pretty skirt had somehow slipped down a bit and created a second hemline for my clothes. Lol, I don't even remember what made me think of this but it got me thinking that in that situation, something that was to remain on the inside had somehow made an appearance on the outside, that which should have been hidden was now exposed.

This is true of ourselves as individuals and believers, who we are on the inside will eventually show up. So, if you were to look within what would you see and vice versa. Would what you see match up to my claim about myself or would it be a facade. I can't remember where I got a quote that says, who you are screams so loudly in my ears, I can't hear what you're saying. These days, I've been meditating on what it really means to be a believer, an uncompromising child of God in a compromising world. I look within and around me and if I'm a bit honest have become a bit disillusioned with the 'schizophrenic Christianity' syndrome, where I want to have it all. I want both God and the world, I nurture and nourish both my spirit and my flesh. Father, help me. Joshua told the Israelites to choose, choose whom they would serve but he made a decision, "as for me and my house we will serve the Lord". Father, this is my prayer today as well.

I recently had a minor disagreement with a friend of mine and I sensed the Holy Spirit telling me to accept the responsibility to patch things up. Why me? I didn't do anything (or so I thought) but He made me understand that even though I may not be in the wrong, I'm the one who 'claims' to read the Bible, who 'lives' according to Scripture, who goes to church, who knows that love is kind, love forgives, love takes the higher way even when it means swallowing some pride. He said "your faith is showing, what does it look like"? In every altercation you have and especially with unbelievers, it is your responsibility to work towards conflict resolution because you have me and you have the word. Hmm.

Who we are shows up one way or the other, usually on the days of adversity. I may say I love you but you'll know for sure on the day you need me! When a grape is crushed, blood does not come out. Our faith is showing, when we are crushed, what comes forth? A glass filled with dirty water is placed on a table, the table is hit, water is spilt, lo and behold what has spilled out is clean water! Not so!

Heavenly Father, I lift my hands to you, I lift my heart to you. Help me to live for you and when my faith shows, let it be in consonance with your truth in Jesus name. Sometimes, the most effective evangelism is the way we live our lives, winning them over without words!

So what are you showing?

Selah!

He will come and save you

Share
Today I am grateful for Bob Fitts and Gary Sandler who wrote this song in 1995. Here I am meditating on and encouraging myself with the words on the 17th of November 2008. Ahh, the words that God has given you, they know no boundaries, no colour, no gender, they will definitely minister to those that the Lord has intended for you to minister to.

This is my testimony this morning. Father, I call upon your name, you said in this world there would be tribulation but I should be of good cheer for you have overcome the world. You said you are the one who saves me, those who know their God are strong and do exploits. I have been tired, weak and afraid. I have made myself sick with worry but now I choose to encourage myself in your word, to encourage myself in your truth that as I commit my plans into your hand, you will make them succeed. You are my strength, my song and my hope so I'm giving it another shot. Thank you Jesus.

Say to those who are fearful hearted
Do not be afraid
The Lord your God will come
And with His mighty arm
When you call on His Name
He will come and save you

Chorus:
He will come and save you
He will come and save you
Say to the weary one
Your God will surely come
He will come and save you
He will come and save you
Lift up your eyes to Him
You will arise again
He will come and save you

Say those who are broken hearted
Do not lose your faith
The Lord your God will come
And with His loving hand
When you call on His Name
He will surely come

He is our refuge in the day of trouble
He is our shelter in the time of storm
He is our tower in the day of sorrow
Our fortress in the time of war

Amen.

When God doesn't make sense.....

Share
at least to me anyway!!!

Lord, I love and worship you. I give you all glory for you are worthy of all praise, you are the....
"Forgive H"
"Love H"
"Take H back"
"That's fine Lord as long as you are not talking about H as in H", "that's exactly who I'm talking about"
But H said...."I know"
And H did....."I know"
I am angry, really angry,in short I don't think you know....."I know"
And yet I should..."Yes". "It may not make sense to you but I need you to trust me".

It didn't make sense for Noah to build an ark when no one had ever seen rain before. I can imagine how the servants felt when Jesus asked them to serve water as wine at the wedding at Cana.
What about the army of Israel, walking round the walls of Jericho not even saying a word for seven days?

God told Hosea to marry a woman who would be unfaithful to him but he should still love her anyway (Hosea 1:2; 3:1-2). I wonder what Hosea's pastor would have said when he and Gomer showed up for pre-marital counselling! I'm beginning to learn new things about God, that sometimes He asks us to do stuff that from a natural perspective does not make sense but at those times we need to remember that our God is a God of purpose and He sees things from a different point of view than us but we need to trust Him, really need to trust Him, because it takes trust to walk on a tightrope without a safety net underneath just based on having someone on the other side telling you that you can make it. I want to assure you that if that Someone is Jesus, take a deep breath and walk, don't look down, don't look around, look at Jesus, fix your eyes on the prize, fix your gaze on Jesus. The Bible says we should keep looking at Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Personally, I have my own list of instructions, apart from H, anything I think God is asking me to do, I do. It isn't easy and sometimes I must admit, I obey grudgingly, even crying sometimes but God has been faithful and patient and kind and loving with me so I encourage you to keep pressing on and going strong. One thing I know is that it's the same ark that people laugh and mock as you are building will be the very thing that will preserve you in the day of the storm. It is well.

Remain blessed and highly favoured. 2008 continues to remain our year of uncommon testimonies as we have been empowered to prosper whether the enemy likes it or not. We will prosper in spite of bailouts or whatever the FTSE, Nikkei or NASDAQ says, it is indeed well!

8 Wierd Things

Share
Quick update: I'm sorry it seems I have become a 'part-time' blogger, it's really been so busy but I trust y'all are doing ok.

I was tagged by Rinsola a while ago. I'm not sure I know 8 things about myself talk less of 8 'wierd' things but let's see what I can come up with..

Before i start here are the rules:
1) Link to the person that tagged you and post the rules on your blog
2) Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself
3) Tag 7 random people at the end of your post and include links to their blogs
4) Let each person know that they've been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog
Those that have been tagged will know at the end, so keep reading :)

a)I love memorising numbers, I can recite my card numbers, start and expiry date, security number e.t.c. To do this I always look for relationships between the numbers for example when you give me your phone number I look at the digits to see how they relate i.e one of my friends taking the second set of three digits from the first set of three digits gives you the seventh digit in his phone number. It's funny, I just keep looking at the numbers until I find something

b)This may be linked to the first, but for some crazy reason I love to count steps. The number of steps to the second floor where I work is 51, to the platform for my train is 63 and to get upstairs at home 11! Don't ask me what I use this information for.

c)When I was young, I was scared of beards! Don't ask me why, for some strange reason I always thought that a random bearded stranger would hide me in his beard and I would never see my family again, u can just imagine what used to happen in the Christmas grotto with Father Christmas..I would scream my head off!!

d)I don't like flowers, please give me something else. I don't like gardening either. With me and flowers, I know they're pretty and all but they are DYING and I can't be bothered to look for a vase to put them in when I know they will end up in the trash in a few days!!

e)I think I've said this before..but I am obsessed with the colour brown! Every single day of my life I wear something or hold something that has brown in it. Although today, there is no brown in my dress, there is brown in my hair!

f)I do not like cheese but I love pizza..how is this possible?

g)Back to numbers, believe me I do not like math! I dislike odd numbers, i think it comes from the fact that you cannot divide by 2 to get a whole number but I would always prefer to deal with even numbers. In my head, even numbers are good, while odd numbers are bad!

That's it for me, as far as I am aware, most of blogville has been tagged to do this but if you haven't, pretty please CONSIDER YOURSELF TAGGED and get to stepping.

Compliments of the season in advance to everyone. Remember the reason for the season and remember to give thanks. To all travelling, I pray for a safe trip and for SANITY for those going through Heathrow!

Remain blessed and highly favoured

Kingdom Perspective

Share
Hmm, what do I write? He said "Sit at the computer and I will tell you what you will say", so here goes....

I've been away..dying, don't get scared it's not a physical thing but I sense God is trying to teach me deeper truths about Him and my relationship with Him. When I go through stuff, I don't talk or write about it because it doesn't seem to correlate with my idea of what it means to live the "victorious Christian life" but He has shown me, that is so wrong.

Some days I doubt
Some days I cry
Some days I am impatient
Some days I am unkind
Some days I am self-centered
Some days all I see is the cloud
But everyday I know that He is with me
Loving and forgiving me
In spite of me

I'll just say it as He did. It's not that as a believer you won't experience tests and trials, remember what the preacher said..sometimes you go "up the down staircase", you do and you will as you continue to live in an imperfect world where your faith and love life must be perfected. But you must look at the whole picture, that is why I asked you to "set your heart on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God (Colossians 3:1b). The way you see the problem is the problem.

Also remember,

Thomas doubted
Jeremiah cried
Abraham didn't wait
Moses killed..literally
Jacob was self-centred
Elijah ran away
But everyday I was with them
Loving and forgiving them
In spite of them

When you look at an issue from a Kingdom perspective, you can walk in a peace that passes all understanding. Take the 4 Hebrew boys in the fiery furnace, people saw them in flames but they saw themselves in the presence of their true Love. The Kingdom is different from the world because;

In dying, we live
In giving, we receive
In tests, we triumph
In loss, we gain
In tribulations, we persevere
In tears, we smile
In betrayal, we love
In weakness, true strength is found

So my dear, the 'victorious Christian' is not one who has no weakness or trouble but the one who OVERCOMES and you don't overcome through your own strength but with Me working through you.

We are hard pressed on every side but not crushed, perplexed but not in despair; persecuted but not abandoned; struck down but not destroyed. We always carry in our body the death of Jesus, so that the LIFE of Jesus may also be revealed in our body......therefore we do not lose heart, though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we FIX OUR EYES not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is TEMPORARY, but what is unseen is ETERNAL. 2nd Corinthians 4:8-10; 16-18.

Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But He said to me, "My GRACE is SUFFICIENT for you, for my POWER is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my WEAKNESSES, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why for CHRIST'S SAKE, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecution, in difficulties. For when I am WEAK, then I am STRONG. 2nd Corinthians 12:8-10 Capitals mine

Remain blessed and highly favoured, you are always in my prayers. Please keep me in yours. I've learnt that life is really about relationships, both vertical and horizontal. We were never meant to do it alone.

Keep smiling, even though there may be tears.

7even things Me-me

Share
So I got tagged by Nyemoni, i need to put down seven things about me you don't know. This will be difficult as I think I've put down a lot of information about myself on this blog. Anyways, here goes....

1. I am the second child in a family of 5 beautiful girls, so alas I do not have a brother. Growing up, people always asked me how I felt not having a brother but since I've never had one I can't really say how it feels like. Suffice it to say, I have the greatest sisters in the world. It's amazing how people can grow up in the same family and turn out so different, we have our crazy days but I wouldn't exchange them for the world. When we were younger, we were called the Chis' cos we all have chi in our name. It means God in Igbo. So babes, if you're reading muah, muah I know I get on y'alls nerves sometimes but I love you, love you, love you. I kind of love my position in the family because both of my parents are the second in their families as well.

2. I have an uncle who is 5 years older than me. This is what happens when grandma has an 'Isaac' and mummy gets married early!

3. I have a seven year old son, his name is Daniel and he lives in ALBANIA (Did I see some wide eyes at the first sentence!!). Ok, ok Daniel is my sponsored child and like i said he lives in Albania. He loves football and he's got the most beautiful eyes. Sponsoring a child is something I've always wanted to do because it's sad to think that some children don't have access to some of the things I took for granted as a child. Also, it may be a small gesture but it makes a BIG difference. I plan to adopt a child when I'm a bit older because I am of the firm belief that every little child needs a mummy.

4.The longest I have ever walked in one go is 10 miles. Last year my church was raising funds for 2 children charities and I decided to get involved. I didn't raise as much as I wanted to but it was a pleasant experience. It took me about 3 hours..i couldn't feel my feet the next day. This year by the grace of God I hope to walk longer and raise more money.

5. I've already had my 30 seconds of fame. Last year I was on the BBC morning news for approximately a minute! My uni was launching the new Science building and they needed some students to talk to some journalists about it. I was like ok, whatever but no one told me it was going to be live on the 7:30 and 8:30 news! I was a bit nervous but people said I was really calm compared to the lecturers. I didn't really realise that a lot of people watch the news in the morning before going to work cos I don't..I just check the weather so for the next 2 weeks I couldn't hear the end of it. Anyways, that's over and done with now.

6. I have this thing about bags. The bigger the better, the bigger the more things I find to fill it. My sister has given up on getting me a bag that is just the right size! As at now, I use 2, one small one for my wallet, travel card e.t.c and another for my books, lunch, papers and STUFF. As I travel on the train, I see a million women like me! It seems to be a woman thing because men know how to travel light! Don't even get me started about how I pack when I'm travelling..enough said!

7. yay i'm at the end. My favourite colour is brown. Everyday I wear something brown..whenever I shop at least 1 item must be brown. I doesn't matter the shade there must be brown in it! Today, a brown top, 2 brown bags and light brown trainers..oh well I guess it's a phase!

Update: I have finished the 2nd batch of experiments, next batch 11pm (in 2 hours time)..still awake. I will be reading other blogs.

Remain blessed and highly favoured.

The place of total surrender

Share
Surrender (v): To give up a right or possession. To yield, to relinquish, to let go, to forsake and forgo, to renounce. (Pocket Oxford Dictionary and Thesaurus)

All to Jesus I surrender;
All to Him I freely give;
I will ever love and trust Him,
In His presence daily live.

I surrender all,
I surrender all;
All to Thee, my blessed Savior,
I surrender all.

(' I surrender all' Judson W. VanDeVenter, 1896)

Warning: Might be really long!! Just needed to document a lot of things that have been going through my mind.

So there I was at the beginning of the weekend 'bemoaning' my still single status! It's almost hilarious now looking back but I'm amazed at the power of focus, when you focus on something long enough it's powerful enough to change your mood so I learnt how important it is to focus on the right things. Anyways, back to the story, I must confess I began to feel a bit sad but then I remembered the words of my last post to REJOICE! but I didn't want to rejoice, I wanted to be sad, I wanted some comfort ice cream, I wanted to sit in front of the TV (I'm sure you get the picture!)

It's wonderful loving and being in love with someone who can never let you go, irrespective of how silly you may act sometimes. I know God well enough now to know that when I start my Why me? diatribe, He leaves me for a while to act up until I realise that I cannot function without Him. I always find myself running back into His arms because that is the only place where I find total peace and satisfaction. I'm happy to say that as I grow more in my relationship with Him the time it takes me to fall into His embrace is considerably shorter. I'm not sure I could spend an hour without at least saying something to Him. I think there's just something about being in love with someone so much that you just have to be in touch and communicate.

One of the reasons I love God is because He knows how I feel. The Bible says that "...He is touched by the feelings of our infirmities" (Hebrews 4:15). Like the good Shepard that He is, he always leads me to where I can find solace. It seemed that every sermon, every song, even the Nigerian movie (a really good one called 'Through the fire') I watched had a message for me about holding onto God and being led by Him reassuring me of His Presence and His Power.

I was kinda like 'OK, OK i get it'. I know waiting on the Lord is what i must do but He had a deeper message for me. I picked up a book to read. It's aptly titled.."If men are like buses, how do I catch one". I was intrigued by the title but the content kept me captivated. It's not a book on how to 'get' a man (cos I'm not really sure one is supposed to 'get' a man!) but a book about spiritual development for the single person. However, I digress. She was talking about getting to a place in God when all you can say is 'Yes, Lord' I am totally surrendered to your will.

My first reaction was 'Yes sister, I am in that place' (uhum!) but she then posed a question that God asked her.."What about if my will for you is to get married at the age of 40...or maybe never?" Please note, although I am using marriage as an example cos that was what started the whole thing in the first place, it applies to different areas of our lives as God was showing me.

My first thought was that well God instituted marriage so it must be His will, we all be married or have children e.t.c but then as I thought deeper I remembered that most importantly, He is a God of purpose and does all things according to His plan for us. I felt like the Holy Spirit was taking a lamp and shining it into the inner recesses of my heart and exposing some things I never really realised were there. I think that my belief was as long as I obeyed God, was faithful to Him..a sort of 'service with a smile' attitude, God would give me what I desired. In itself, it's not a wrong theology because God grants those who delight in Him the desires of their heart (Psalm 37:4). I sense that God is calling me to a higher place in Him. Asking for more, for all, my 5 year plan, my 10 year plan, my goals and my dreams to replace them with His all, His plan for me, His purpose for me. I can't preach to anyone about this I can only say my story because God reaches out for us in unique ways and speaks to us in the language we understand the most.
I just lay on my bed and cried, not because I may never get married; to be married or not was never really the issue. The issue for me now was that I had arrived at a place in my relationship with God where more was required but was I willing to pay the price? I had to say 'Yes' because God has an excellent track record with me. He may sometimes lead me the LONG way but He has never led me the WRONG way. So, I truly surrender, yield, relinquish and let go of my desires, plans, finances and career and hand it over to Him. My prayer is that He will use me as He will.

God spoke to me there as I lay on my bed. Some things I may share as the days go by but I know that I have entered into a new place in my relationship with Him. I know it won't be easy cos my will is really strong and like someone said the problem with us being living sacrifices is that we can stand up from the altar!

I am reminded of people who went all the way with God for example,

Paul walked away from fame and a respectable position to be imprisoned and beheaded.
Hosea had to marry a woman who would be unfaithful to him and father other men's children.
Jesus had to die on the cross.
Hebrews 11 is full of other people who had to count the cost when they chose to carry the cross and follow Him.

The picture that brought it home for me was Abraham with the son of promise he had waited for, for such a long time, taking him up the Mount of Moriah to lay him on the altar. I'm sure it was difficult cos I know it's not easy for me but I'm laying my Isaacs down and seeking to do His will because I know He has greater things in store for me.

Really, really long but I'm not sure I could have said it in less words.

Remain blessed. I'm praying for you it shall be well.

Life: A-Z; D is for Decisions

Share
Decision (n) A conclusion reached after consideration (Pocket Oxford Dictionary & Thesaurus)

Life is full of decisions, from when I wake up in the morning till when I go to bed at night. From the day that I was born till the day I die, decisions will have to be made. When I was younger, most of the decisions that affected me were made for me by other people a.k.a the parents but one of the 'freebies' that comes with growing older is being able to make my own decisions.

Decisions are powerful because who I am, where I am and what I have are largely based on the decisions that I have made. So am I making the decisions that are taking me where I want and need to be? I used to find it difficult to make important decisions, just being content to allow life to carry me in whatever direction and then looking for something or someone to blame if I ended up somewhere I didn't really like. My wake up call came one fine morning when someone told me that 'not to make a decision is a decision in itself'. It's like my eyes were opened and at the end of the day like my pastor says "If it is to be, it is up to me".

So now I'm learning to make decisions. It's not easy, the road to success is usually accompanied with some tough ones. I've had to make some painful ones especially in the area of relationships. I've had to let go of some things and some people so that I can follow the purpose that God has for me. I've had to make some decisions concerning my health and my lifestyle especially in the area of diet and exercise (this has been one of the hardest!)

So what am I saying, we can't always blame others and external factors for where we are in life, it's largely due to the decisions that we have made. The good news is that if I don't like where I'm standing then I can make a decision to move. Is it always easy? The answer is no, some decisions are harder than others. Is it possible? Yes, as long as we are willing to admit there is room for change and take the steps towards where we need to be. Even the definition of decision shows that there must be a thought process before it can be carried out!

Another thing I've learnt is that when I commit my decision process to the source of all wisdom, I make the right ones. Problems come when I want to go on my own way so Lord please give me wisdom for every single step, for every single day, hour and minute so that I can remain in the purpose You have designed for me.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 (NKJV)

Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it." Isiah 30:21 (NIV)

Life: A-Z; A is for Acceptance

Share
Authority, anger, advice, acceptance...some words beginning with the letter A that went through my mind but I decided to stick with acceptance. So what do I have to say? Hmmm, okay here goes.

I think there is a desire in everyone to be accepted. We want to be accepted into the right University, accepted on the perfect job or other great opportunities. Most importantly, we want to be accepted by others. The Cambridge Advanced Learners Dictionary defines accept as to approve, to consider someone or something as satisfactory.

I think I chose this word because I have struggled and sometimes still struggle with wanting to be accepted by people. For a long time, I tried to say the 'right' things, in the 'right' way and at the 'right' time so that I could have a sense of belonging. I did this until I began to lose a sense of my own identity and what made me me, my unique selling point.

I don't have anything against learning from others and adapting to new environments and situations but I don't think we were created to conform to a mold that was designed for us by others. We are created unique and I had to learn to accept the TOTAL me, with my flaws and imperfections and I realised that the most important person whom I would need to be accepted by was God and He had already accepted me just as I was but would work with and in me until I conformed to the image that He had of me. I didn't need to earn His acceptance, all I needed to do was to accept His forgiveness and I was accepted into His Presence.

Now I live for His approval because I love Him so much, I just want to do the things that make Him happy. It's still a journey for me breaking this cycle of 'approval addiction' as Joyce Meyer calls it but every day I am learning and I am changing.

I now realise that it is easier for me to accept others as well because as we are all loved by God. I'm learning to love and accept the person while not accepting the sin. Loving unconditionally.

My literary skills are limited but I pray this has been a blessing. If this is an area that you have had struggles in, remember that God loves you just as you are, you just need to accept His love and if you haven't please accept him into your life today because His greatest desire is to have a relationship with you.

Romans 3:27 (NLT) Can we boast then that we have done anything to be accepted by God? No, because our acquittal is not based on our good deeds it is based on our faith.

Romans 15:7 (NLT) Accept each other just as Christ has accepted you; then God will be glorified.

Unmasked

Share
There are so many things going through my mind. Hope I can follow one path far enough to write something that makes some sort of sense.

For a while now, I have been doing a self evaluation, a kinda getting to know myself. Assessing my strengths and weaknesses, assessing the vision for my life and my goals. I think it's funny in a way..'getting to know myself' but I think it is something important I need to do because if I don't know who I am..how can I assess what I want?

In all this meditation, reflection and reading, I am discovering things about myself. Not that I didn't already know them, but things I had never really given any serious thought to. I have always been a shy person (my family might disagree) but I am quite reserved when I get into a new environment. In class, I am the girl who sits at the back, muttering the right answers to the questions under her breath but can't pick up the courage to actually say it out loud. A friend told me that this was the first thing he noticed about me so he liked to sit next to me so that he could hear what I was saying and convey the 'message' on to the teacher and take the glory!!

In and of itself being quiet, shy or reserved is not bad but as I pressed deeper beyond my actions to the reasons for my actions..I have discovered that most of the time I don't make a contribution because I am worried about getting it wrong or making a mistake or that what I have to say is really silly!! Going deeper, I discovered that outside of family relationships..I find it difficult to be assertive. Communicating what my needs are, saying how I truly feel because as usual I am thinking for the other person; how they perceive what I might be saying, hoping they don't misunderstand what I am trying to say. So I keep quiet..but you can only hold things inside for so long and so true communication breaks down and the relationship begins to deteriorate. Also, I find it hard to say NO without feeling guilty. I think this is one of the reasons I actually started a blog..so that I could say how I feel without really thinking about what people would have to say about it!

So from today, I choose to be more assertive, to speak up and let my voice be heard. I do have something (actually lots of things to say!!!). I will speak the truth in love. I will be honest. I choose to see myself through God's eyes. Most importantly, I choose to say NO and not feel bad about it. I am growing and I am changing. I want to be more effective in all the roles I have to fulfill as a daughter, sister, friend, employee e.t.c. so this is an area that I am working on and I know change is not easy but I am willing to do it so that I can get to the next level.

What about you? Is there any thing you need to work on? There is nothing that cannot be done with God's help. He can reveal some things to you that you had hardly thought about.

Every day, we should be going from glory to glory and getting better at all we do.

Remain blessed and have a great week.
